The bright and cheerful kitchen boasts a generous amount of countertop, cabinet and pantry space to cook meals together, bar/island seating for 5, stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher) and is stocked with all cooking necessities needed to create a meal just like at home. Wash your ingredients in the sink all while being part of the fun/action, overlooking the living room and dining area. There are two laundry rooms (one on each floor) perfect for a large family to comfortably stay for long periods without worry about an overstuffed luggage. There is a half bath conveniently located on the first floor providing easy access for all.
The relaxing first floor living room features serene earth tones and is complete with stylish studded sofas, a plush rug and everything needed, whether it’s watching a movie or playing a friendly board game competition- the choice is yours and can easily be enjoyed by all within this space!

- From 30 to 60 days before arrival date = 50% loss as cancellation fee

You must also acknowledge:
- Security Deposit – if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500
- Rental Agreement – Must sign a rental agreement
- Surveillance or recording devices on property — Security cameras are located on the outside of the house and are used strictly for security and check in/out purposes. No tampering with cameras
