THE SPACE 
Enter through the front door and let your cares simply melt away as you’re surrounded by serene tones of cool grays and deep blues with pops of vibrant coral and aqua in the airy and spacious open concept front living room and formal dining areas. The dining table provides seating for 6 and is the ideal place to enjoy delicious meals together as a family. This space features wonderfully large windows and two open archway entries to the back room on either side, creating a lovely circular flow within the entire first floor. Similarly, there is access to the stairs in both the front and the back living spaces which is a very convenient feature.

Make your way past the front room and you’ve arrived in the large open concept kitchen, living and dining areas complete with patio/pool views! This inviting space is filled with natural light pouring in from the double wide patio doors and features a color palette of blues, and gray with pops of sunny yellow, and touches of green. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to create a meal just like at home, and conveniently features a large pantry. There is seating for 4 at the breakfast table, and seating for 3 at the breakfast bar.

The back living room features ample seating to kick back and relax, a large tv and an Xbox. This space is the perfect backdrop for all to gather, whether it’s watching a movie, whipping up a tasty meal, or catching up over coffee at the breakfast table the options are endless!

Slide the patio doors open and you’ve entered the private patio with a pond view, surrounded by peaceful nature and lush greenery. The screened in patio is complete with a pool, a bbq, a dining set with seating for 4 and various lounge seating options.

The stylish and unique sports themed game room is the place to get a friendly competition going! Boasting a pool table, air hockey table, foosball, dart board and custom wall art installation. There are endless hours of fun to be had together within this space!

There is a laundry room conveniently located outside the game room on the first floor. All bedroom suites are complete with a tv, bed linens, blinds, nightstands, a bedside lamp, artwork and most have a mirror, overhead fan, as well as a closet with hangers and extra pillows. All bathrooms feature towels, and a toiletry starter kit.

Two of the five suites are located on the first floor. Making it very convenient and seamless for any guests who cannot climb stairs to enjoy, as everything needed is located on the first floor.

The spacious first floor master king suite is decked out in a beachy theme with soothing pastel hues throughout, and is complete with views of the patio/pool through double wide doors and private direct access to the patio. The suite boasts a large full en-suite bathroom with double vanities, a soaking tub, shower and private toilet area, as well as a large walk in closet.

The second of the first floor suites features two twin beds, a color palette of blues and vibrant red, and has access to a full bathroom just outside the door.

Head upstairs to the second floor, and you’re greeted by light coming through the skylight overhead, and a wet bar in the hallway with a sink and mini fridge.

The spacious second floor master king suite is saturated in a beautiful vibrant blue, with pops of coral, green, and white and features a fabulous private balcony with seating, and wonderful overviews of the patio and nature. This suite is complete with an ample walk in closet (with a pack n play), a large full en-suite bathroom with double vanities, a soaking tub, and a gigantic shower.

The next suite on the second floor is a cheerful queen suite with tones of lavender, white and green. This suite has access to a full bathroom in the hallway.

The final second floor suite features two twin beds and has a nautical beach theme with colorful coastal turquoise, and greens throughout. This suite shares access to the full bathroom in the hallway with the queen suite.
