Located in the highly sought after gated Solara Resort (7 short miles to Disney) featuring 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a game room, a private screened in west facing patio with a nature view, pool, spa, laundry room and more! Step through the front door and let your cares melt away surrounded by the serene coastal hues of grays and cool blues with pops of yellow in the lovely open concept first floor. As you make your way past the entrance foyer the living room, kitchen and dining areas await complete with beautiful patio views. The ample kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, an ample island, cabinet storage and is stocked with necessary cooking equipment to whip up a meal just like at home and is complete with seating at the breakfast bar for 4. The formal dining table provides seating for 8 to gather and sit back, relax and enjoy a meal whether it’s homemade or takeout. The inviting first floor living room features a generous amount of seating to choose from, and is the ideal place for all to wind down after a long day at one of the local attractions- all while enjoying views of the private patio. Slide the patio door open and you’ve entered the wonderful and spacious private west facing screened in patio! Complete with lovely lush green nature views, a pool, spa, dining set, many seating options-chaise loungers, a love seat & lounge chairs area and overhang for enjoyment no matter the weather! There are no neighbors located directly behind the patio which gives a feeling of privacy and seclusion. Endless hours of fun in the sun are waiting to be had within this space! Whether it’s a dip in the pool, sunbathing on one of the loungers or soaking in the spa- there is no room for boredom here! Make your way back inside to the game room to get a friendly competition of air hockey or foosball going. Head upstairs to the second floor bonus living room which features ample comfortable seating for all to relax. With two living rooms everyone is guaranteed to have their own space to truly indulge! There is one king bedroom suite conveniently located on the first floor which is an excellent feature for anyone who cannot climb stairs as there is access to everything needed on the first floor. All bedroom suites are complete with bed linens, pillows, a TV, a ceiling light and/or fan, a nightstand, a bedside lamp, blinds, a dresser, a closet with hangers, an extra blanket and access to a full bathroom. All bathrooms feature towels, 1 toilet paper roll, 1 garbage bag in the bin and a mini toiletry starter kit. These supplies are meant to help you get through the first day or two, once you run out you will have to purchase more- we do not restock. This is an industry standard. Other things to note *The POOL & SPA heat is NOT included. If you would like the pool & spa heated there is a non-refundable fee of $35.00 per day (plus taxes and fees) for the pool & spa heater to be turned on. Pool & spa heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours before check in. Please note: the pool water may take up to 24 hours to heat to fully heat up. The SPA will not get warm if the pool and spa heat is not purchased. Entrance to the resort is secured by a guard. If you are planning on using the BBQ GRILL: There is a one time non refundable fee of $50 plus tax (13.5%) to use the BBQ Grill. This fee covers the cost of the use of the grill and cleaning only- it does NOT include a propane tank, you must provide your own propane tank. *Due to insurance liability guests are not permitted to bring their own bbq grill A starter pack of cleaning supplies and toiletries are provided to guests. Guests are expected to purchase anything needed beyond what was provided in the starter pack. We do not restock. This is an industry standard practice.
